The bed was very noisy, and not very comfortable, the towels that were provided were more like dish clothes, and when I went to get ice the door was locked.

Free wireless internet; good location, not much time to travel from airport and to Edmonton's city centre. The room was very clean and the owner friendly.

It is in the very bad location. There is no services at all. It is very dark wherever inside or outside the hotel. Bathroom's towels are unclean. Also there are so many mosquitos and insects fly around you. That's why it always has the lowest rate. I won't recommend you stay in this hotel. You better pay the same rate and stay in the backpacker hostel.

Had a chill day here! the location was pretty convenient, close to everything we wanted to see and do, plus it was nice and quiet. It was cool that there were lots of shops and stuff around to check out. 🌟

No trouble checking in late.
The control knob was broken off of the heater in the room, so it was much too warm during the night and we couldn't turn it down. We didn't have a good sleep because of that.

We had a comfortable stay at the motel, despite a few minor drawbacks. The price was affordable and the room was adequate for our needs. The staff member we interacted with was helpful and tried their best to assist us.

The motel staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room for me which was very nice. Motel was quiet with lots of parking, restaurant nearby, free paper, coffee, WiFi and a nice Tv with a variety of channels. It was perfect for what I required.

I liked the Family Suite having 2 separate bedrooms, it was nice to have privacy from the common area with multiple guests.
The coat closet in the common area didn't have any hangers, and there were only 5 hangers in the bedrooms. More ability to hang up clothing would be nice. The television channel selection was not kid friendly.
